To add glitter to a costume design:

Prepare the Area: Work in a space where you can easily clean up, as glitter can be messy. Lay down newspapers or a cloth to catch excess glitter.
Choose an Adhesive: Fabric glue or mod podge works well for adhering glitter to fabric. Ensure it’s clear-drying and suitable for the fabric you’re using.
Apply Adhesive: Use a small brush or sponge to apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to the areas where you want the glitter. Be precise to avoid smudging.
Sprinkle the Glitter: Gently sprinkle the glitter over the adhesive. Cover all areas evenly. Tap off any excess glitter.
Let it Dry: Allow the adhesive to dry completely. This might take a few hours or as advised by the adhesive’s instructions.
